Location was great. Close to stores and food. The room was great. Clean, updated. Only passing through fir the night but perfect for us. Desk clerks were helpful. Breakfast was early 6am and adequate.
Id like to say my stay was wonderfull the beds are so comfy and the service is always a 10 id recommend this hotel to everyone
The hotel and rooms were very clean. Every staff person we came in contact with was friendly, especially Sally, the night clerk. She gave an excellent suggestion for dinner that was only two blocks from hotel. The only draw back is the area of South Charlotte is not a place for "doing" but this is a great place to stop and rest when traveling.
Clean rooms. Front desk is always friendly. Staff's always nice. Manager will help you if you need anything.
We always have a wonderful stay yearly here. Although Saturday night we had the room above us making absolutely loud noise for hours! We contacted the front desk 4 times and nothing at all stopped it! We got no sleep at all and our children were woke up all night.
#Elevatours by Dieselducy sent me to comment on how good this hotel is while working on the railroad he has done a lot of live streams and live workouts here on the team treadmills with the coaches and we have been social live in the rooms while relaxing We have also been chatting about casting Dieselducy as a Higglytown hero as an elevator hero who is an expert on elevators with Jason and Zach except Andrew would be the only one to sing the hero song because he is the big one for Elevatours but he responded with I don’t know what that town is but do any of you guys know what that show is to help
This hotel is the best one we have stayed at by far, the rooms were really clean the hotel was clean, the staff was helpful caring and made sure that me and our wedding party was taken care of.
We got a room last minute when we were passing through at midnight and it was totally hassle-free. The staff was so friendly and attentive despite it being in the middle of the night and we were quickly checked in. The room was incredibly clean. I cannot over state how good the housekeeping staff does here. I felt comfortable placing my personal care items in the floor of the bathroom it was so clean. We had a comfortable nights rest and were on our way. We did not partake in the complimentary breakfast. There are a lot of food, coffee, and gas options right by the hotel.
